Rental Information

Reservations
You may reserve our condo by phone or by sending an email.  Your reservation is subject to availability.  A deposit of $300.00 should be sent within three (3) days of your reservation. A confirmation and lease agreement will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.  Full payment is required at least thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date.

Accommodations
Our condo is fully equipped. A starter supply of bath/face soap, dishwasher detergent, clothes detergent, toilet tissue, bed and bath linens are provided at the beginning of your stay. Daily linen or maid service is not included unless other arrangements are made. You may want to bring large beach towels since the towels provided are only for use inside the unit.

Occupancy
The condo is limited to six (6) persons unless special arrangements are made with the owner. No smoking and no pets are allowed in the resort.  We take pride in our condo and ask that during your stay, you treat our condo as your own.

Cleaning
There will be a $110.00 Departure Cleaning Fee applied to Lease Agreement. This does not apply to weekly rates.

Taxes
Lease amount is subject to state and local taxes.

Arrival/Departure
No check in or out is necessary.  Directions, maps and keys are mailed to you ten (10) days prior to your arrival date. Arrival time is no earlier that 5:00 pm.  This allows for proper cleaning and inspection of the property. Departure time is by 10:00 am.

There will be a $25.00 charge for every hour that the departure rule is violated.

Club Transfer
There will be a $270.00 Club Transfer Fee applied to Lease Agreement.
